Description I spotted this Pontiac with that gorgeous patina on my way back from getting some coffee on a break from work. I especially enjoyed drawing the grill and that wheel well.

Artist Statement I'm a fine artist and Emmy award winning television editor. Classic cars are my muse, and I draw using soft pastels - the same material used most famously by Edgar Degas.

I started this automotive series back in 1998. I'm excited to offer my newest work for your purchase. Static Medium does all of my fine art photography and they color match the digital file with the original painting. These high quality files mean that my work can be reproduced in LARGE FORMATS.

All of the images I draw are based on photographs I've taken over the last few years. I think I walk my dog just to try to spot classic cars. Thankfully many of my neighbors here in the San Fernando Valley have classic cars, I find inspiration all around me.
