I have chosen to use the most modern, contemporary art styles and materials to create Christian art that is as alive and dynamic as is the faith of modern, present day believers. I often collage Scripture passages--along with watercolor, acrylic or ink pieces--onto the canvas, which is then overpainted in oil. My intention is to show that God's Word is alive and active, both as the inspiration for my art, and in the lives of every believer. Just as Christians choose to listen to praise music in our homes and offices, it is my personal ministry to praise Jesus by creating modern artwork that visually praises Him and directs our minds, hearts and souls to Him for His glory.
