I'm a chemical engineer by trade, but I've always had a flare for the artistic. I grew up in Baton Rouge, Louisiana and graduated from Lousiana State University in 1997. After working for ExxonMobil and General Electric for 10 years in Baton Rouge, Houston and Greenville, SC, I decided to take up a completely new skilll. I've always enjoyed cursive writing and have also admired the beauty of medieval biblical texts. I began teaching myself various forms of calligraphy similar to these works.
