I have lived in England all my life, apart from moving to Canada when i was three years old. We only stayed in Canada for six months unfortunately! I went back for a holiday when I was fourteen years old. Canada it is such a beautiful country!

Many of my pictures are taken in some of the wildest places in England, and of some of the oldest buildings. History was a favourite subject of mine and really inspires my work today.

Ten years ago, on my way back from a holiday in Wales, I discovered a dying Art....Folk Art...Traditional English Canal Art or "Roses & Castles". So I purchased a book from the Internet which showed step by step how to paint Canal Art and since then I am endeavouring to keep it alive! Check out my "ArtiFolk" Gallery.
