My favorite mediums are watercolor, oil and pastel. The natural beauty of Southern California has inspired paintings in the plein air style of the old California impressionists.
I love to get to know a person or subject up close and personal, to discover all the unique nuances that make one interesting. My paintings are known for their bold color, sensuous flowing shapes, strong confident brushwork, and strong composition.
I live and paint with enthusiasm and joy! I hope to convey my love of life and my deep faith through my work. I long to communicate heart to heart through my paintings.
