"FEARLESS SPIRITS"- The Hummingbird

Both the Ruby-Throated and Broad-Billed Hummingbirds were originally drawn with Prismacolour pencil. This medium gives me the ability to show a feeling of softness, especially for the Hummingbird’s feathers. Also the Prismacolour pencil allows me to draw with great detail and vibrant colour.

Even though Hummingbirds appear fragile, they are just the opposite. Hummingbirds fly effortlessly, have a fearless spirit and abundant energy. Both the Ruby-Throated and Broad-Billed Hummingbird are strong-willed and very protective creatures.

Through my Artwork, I want you to enjoy the beautiful, vivid colours that belong to the Ruby-Throated and Broad-Billed Hummingbirds.

When you observe my Hummingbird prints, I want you to feel a sense of vitality and strength.
