ALEXANDRA KAMINKER is a St. Petersburg Painter, Sculptor, Ceramist, and Designer.

Born into the artistic family and brought up in a creative atmosphere of constant search and challenge, it was no coincidence that she entered the renowned St. Pete. Shtiglitz Academy of Art and Design to study ceramics and glass – the materials known for their natural elasticity and malleability, but strong and resistant after coming into shape. And so is Alexandra, sensitively following her nature and instinct – and staying true to her aesthetic concepts and materials of choice.
In her ceramic work, she magically turns the ordinary things: a clock, a glass, a potter, – into the high art objects. She is in constant search of beauty in her sculpture, painting, graphics, and interior design. Her creativity never went unnoticed at the numerous art festivals, exhibitions, and happenings that she takes part in starting 1999. Her works were exhibited in Russia, Ukraine, Finland, Sweden, Denmark, Wales, and Germany, many of them found their place in museums, galleries, and private collections.
Alexandra Kaminker is the Member of the Artist Trade Union of Russia, and the member of Ozerki Artist Union.
