Artist Statement About the Artist:
Art and photgraphy have fast become an obsession of mine. My inspirations include Lucio Fontana, Barnett Newman and Mark Rothko – each with similar, yet very diverse interpretations of color, blocks and spatial concepts.

Within the past year, I have studied the works of Yves Klein and he has become my biggest inspiration. He was able to merge composing, conducting, painting as well as photography and execute them all masterfully.

While most of my photos are floral or statuary, you will find some of my interpretations of collage and spatial concepts splashed in-between. I hope you enjoy my work and my progression.
