Artist Statement Living in a tropical climate in South Florida, my paintings reflect the birds, plants, and other animals found in this area. I began painting in the 1960's but have only worked at it seriously during the past 10 years, and now I paint almost every day. The subjects I most enjoy painting are beautiful skies and pet portraits.
