Description Everyone likes a car park. This particular car park is the crypt of an uncompleted masterpiece of the late modern period of architecture, often referred to as brutalism. Located in the heart of the Scottish town Paisley (home of the famous paisley pattern), the Civic Centre renown for its 'bush-hammered concrete', is now partially demolished and what is left is barely recognisable. However, the glorious quality and meticulous detailing is still visible in some areas if one takes the time.
