Description Something old, Something new, something borrowed and something blue. This is not a wedding but a busy engine terminal in a major yard. Enola lies across the Susquehanna River from Harrisburg, the state capital of Pennsylvania. The yard contains over 28 miles of track and can process up to 600 freight cars per day. Enola Yard celebrated it's 100th Anniversary on January 15, 2005. Enola marked the western reach of the PRR electrification and served as the largest classification yard of the old Pennsylvania Railroad.

Artist Statement I have been a railfan as long as I can remember, growing up near the (NEC) Pennsylvania Railroad, watching the GG-1s move an endless parade of trains. Being near the Reading Company Frankford Branch, I spent hours in The Summerdale Station with the Stationmaster and Clerk, and riding in the Baldwin Switcher to the end of the Branch at the Frankford Station.
I served 4 years in the United States Coast Guard, including one year in Vietnam.

I have done many types of Photography. My Images have been published in many Newspapers and Magazines, and I have done work for several Legal Firms.
