Artist Statement I was born in Montreal, Quebec and moved with my family to Nelson, British Columbia at the age of eight. I spent many camping trips with my family in the wilderness, where I developed an enduring interest in the natural world, particularly wild animals. I started drawing when I was very young, progressing to pastels and watercolor pencils; 15 years ago, I decided to try watercolors, and more recently expanded to acrylics. I have an extensive collection of original paintings available for sale, as well as giclee art cards. A number of paintings are available as limited edition giclee prints, some of which have made their way to Germany and England.
I also do commissions.

I have prints in galleries in Fort Nelson, Fort St. John, Nelson, West Edmonton Mall, Red Deer, and two locations in Grande Prairie.

I donated four paintings, titled “Mohrr Gazelles-Sahar Oasis”, "Leaving the Den-Pallas Cat", "Gerenuk", and "Out On A Limb", to Mountain View Conservation and Breeding Centre, to support their efforts to raise funds for the care, feeding, and eventual release of their animals back to their natural habitat. I have also donated two paintings of Margay Cats, "I Wanna Talk To You", and "The Prey Is In Sight" to the Exotic Feline Breeding Compound in Rosamund California.
I am currently a member of the Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation, BC Wildlife Federation, and Ducks Unlimited, because I support their conservation efforts. I donate my work to each of their fundraisers, as well as to fundraisers for organizations such as the PARDS Therapeutic Riding Association, the Alberta Conservation Association, and the Creston Wildlife Centre.
