Description An amazing sight captured during Subtropical Storm Andrea, the first named storm of the 2007 season, on the southeast coast of Florida. In the early hours of the morning, a usual sunrise turned into a mystical moment, when this sailing vessel appeared on the horizon. A few minutes later, it disappeared from view.

Artist Statement I believe that Photography is an incredible way to enjoy nature with its little treasures as well as the vast splendors that our world has to offer. I love to capture pictures when the glow of the day has attained its peak and surrounds the subject in a surreal way. As long as I can remember, I have loved watching the natural world around me. Taking pictures of that world was only a natural step for me. It allowed me to look at those photos later and simply remember that incredible and breathtaking moment again. I feel that taking pictures lets me enjoy and take home the beauties of the earth, without damaging any of it. My hope is that you will enjoy those beautiful images and incredible feelings as much as I do.
