Description Scout was one of the last wild white Rhinos that roamed free in Africa. Photographed by my friend, she didn't know at the time that the white rhinos would soon become extinct in the wild. Please find ways to help any of the Rhinos if you can.

Horses have been my “grand passion” since the age of 3, and painting horses helped to unleash this passion through artistic expression. Expressionism is a good term to describe my work. Capturing the essence of the horse, their spirit, their personality, their humor, their grace, and translating that onto canvas.
Horses have always inspired me beyond words, and being in their presence is one of the most incredible gifts they grace us with. They teach us to be human, and for me, they bring color to my world. To each his own, unique spirit shines, and the “color” I see when I look into their essence, is what ultimately comes through to the canvas.
Many images of my paintings (horses, donkeys, sheep, longhorns and bison) are available in many sizes, formats, framed or unframed, and now also available as canvas with gallery wrapped edges, ready to hang. Pick and choose your favorites and have them custom made to order. If you have any questions, please contact me directly. And if you are interested in having a commission of your animal painted, or want to purchase an original oil painting, please go to www.lawebb.com to learn more.
