Description Since the day I drove a hot rod 58 Corvette low these many yonks looking back I have never found a Vette to make my heart go pitty-pat. Im not saying The Chevrolet Corvette is not a great American Car. Well maybe I am No Its a pretty nice ride. No doubt about that. But there are much better Vettes than the current crop of Government Designed cars. And there are much better Sports Cars than the current Corvette. Whew! ~:0)This is a lot tougher than I thought it would be. Im not dissing the Vette. Im just saying as nice as they are and as superior as people would like them to be there are better high-performance sports cars. Theres the Australian pickup from Holden the Maloo that Id rather drive everyday than a new Corvette. Maybe Imstrictlya truck guy. But I do know that I think the Maloo handles better than the Vette and its got room in the back for some tools. Maybe even a ladder. Am I too practical? Ha!The Maloo is made by GMs Aussie subsidiary and the ClubSport is powered by the436-hp R8. I believe thats a similar make and model engine as powers some of the Vettes. Got 4 piston brakes for crying out loud. I know U Corvette guys will never listen to reason so why try. Hey Chevy may be bringing in the Aussie Holden UTE as a substitute for the El Camino. And I thought Id never replace the Yellow Truck. Maloo or UTE Im torn. But we been talking about this Fat Bottomed Corvette in the bewdy of a pix I made for Use-Guys Ha! I love that back-East phrase. Use-Guys so cool ~:0)Okay back to this good looking Vette photo. This ride is a roadster meaning no top and that is just about me fave variant of automobile. I swear Im this close indicating a very small distance to ripping all the glass outta the ol Willys Pickup. Would hate to cut the top off-a that truck just to open it up. But taking out the glass now thats doable ~:0)Back to the Vette pix look at the lines in this print! What a prett
