The sepia is my preferred medium for photography by the ease that it has to propel the viewer out of time and give the image a timeless patina. It also brings an elegance and old world charm not to be despised. Like black and white, sepia images focus the eye of the observer on the graphic aspect of the image but with its subtle color it also adds a vibration that does not distract the eye of the essence of the form as color do sometimes with his very broad palette.
