Darius Arkham has been drawing since he could hold a felt tip pen, and although he found wallpaper, furniture and his own skin excellent mediums his parents finally began buying him drawing books instead. He was drawing and animating his own short films when he was only eight, and published his own cartoon strip in a local newspaper when he was 12.
