Artist Statement Mr. Reed recently moved to make his home in Frankfort, KY. I hope you enjoy my paintings and will consider purchasing a piece for your home or even greeting cards. With an Associates of Arts degree in Visual Communication from the Art Institute of Atlanta, this graphic designer cultivated his talent, love of painting, color and expression and sells large, impressionistic, palette knife, oil paintings regularly. David’s colorful, vibrant, compositions express a joyful observation that compel you to feel the natural subject matter. Mr. Reed is a member of the Lexington Art League and has recently had his artwork displayed in the mayor’s office as part of the Visual Dialogue Series. A father with boy/girl twins, Mr. Reed is seeking employment or freelance opportunities and commissioned artwork projects while he markets himself as Digital Daddy.
