Artist Statement Drawing has always been a passion of mine, ever since I was really little. I would spend hours sketching things that made me happy.

I pursued my passion for art through high school and college and earned a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design.

My favorite tool is the pencil because it is so forgiving. I've recently started working more with fine tipped markers. They are perfect for the cross hatch technique you'll see in a lot of my pieces.

Paper is my favorite material, the idea of creating things with paper is so fascinating to me. Taking a flat item and sculpting it into a work of art, it's incredible.
