Artist Statement Colleen is an award winning artist specializing in impressionistic watercolors and flooding color. Her artwork is most inspired by vibrant colors in nature and she is especially inspired by plants and flowers.  Her fluid style specializes in painting methods of working in wet washes and glazes giving glow and mood to her floral paintings.

The artist has been painting in watercolor for over 20 years. Her original impressionist pieces are collected by patrons across the United States, Canada, Australia, and France. She publishes editions of her artwork as fine art prints with ImageKind.

When she's not painting, Colleen enjoys flower gardening, photography, and birdwatching.
