Artist Statement I am a Canadian artist living in the village of Constance Bay just outside of Ottawa, Ontario.
I was born and raised in Banff National Park which has given me a respect for the wilderness and an awareness of the value of nature's beauty.
Drawing and painting are the best forms of self expression that I have found.
I also feel it is like a form of therapy. I am in tune with myself when I am painting and can escape to a place where I am aware only if what I am working on.
Watercolours continue to challenge me but I also work in other media such as acrylics and pen and ink.
