Artist Statement Photography has always been a point of interest, for me. The thought of how the interplay of light and shadow can transform a landmark that may be taken for granted into a work of art that is as fresh and relevant as the very day it was created.

My love of capturing this interplay of light and shadow via the process of photography has transformed me from a photographic hobbyist to a photography professional - a life path I had never considered while growing up. You might say that the profession chose me, instead of the opposite. If that is, indeed, the case, I am grateful that it found me worthy.

When I do not have my camera to my eye, I can be found writing music for my projects: Null Factor (industrial ebm) and MiLLENNiA (industrial/metal hybrid).

My wife, Deidre, and my 3 daughters (Mariah, Alexis, and Madison) help keep me an honest man.
