Description While visiting in deep southwestern Virginia, near the Kentucky boarder, my wife and I stumbled across a small town that seems to be lost in time. While there, we discovered this flowing stream and I decided to change this picture over to a digital, textured art piece. I did this in order to really show the beauty of the sparkling water on that cold winter day.
