Artist Statement I attended first year of a four year fine arts diploma at
Symposium School of Art Winnipeg, Man, in 1979
That school closed and my credits were not transferable, so
I did it over again at
University of Manitoba in 1980 without any design classes, not available there.
I completed the same credits as Symposium by attending Alberta College of Art and Design and there I did 2D Design first year credit and 3D design first year credit. Since it took me 3 years to obtain my first years credits,that I originally took without credits, I became frustrated with art education, and chose not to finish the four year diploma programs .
I am self-taught the rest of the way!
