Artist Statement Isaac opoku badu is my name , i was born in kumasi the second capital city of ghana . I receive my primary and secondary education in kumasi where i raise up.

My talent as a potential artist came to the surface, when i gain on admission to college of art and industry in kumasi to study fine art and specialized in paintings. While i was in school , i won serval prizes in painting competitions .

I have sold many paintings private and exhibitions. Many of my works decorate private homes and public buildings within and outside ghana .


I create to portray and exhibit the artistic quality in me. As an artist , many times i create what i feel , think and see within and around the environment. I love colour texture and shape. I also love coming out with new ideas , that's creativity.
