Description I went free flow on this one with the stencils and the law of opposites manifested it self on this piece. It is done on black foam board with a unique iridescent acrylic paint that is brought out by the black backround. My tool of choice was as usual the airbrush. This to me is a representation of the right and left side of the brain working in unison. Fresh out of the garage studio.

Artist Statement My name is Daniel. I was born and raised in Los Angeles California. I started drawing when I was 6 years old. As a child I was infatuated with Disney characters and started drawing everything I could from Disney. I used the usual pencil, crayons, and markers at first. Then as I got older I got into comics and started to learn how to draw the human body through simple comic book techniques and expanded my mediums to using pastel, colored pencils, and acrylics all on paper. Then as a teen I met another artist who was airbrushing for fun and I immediately fell in love with airbrushing and in school I became friends with someone who was into the occult arts and that shifted me into a direction of using symbols in my art. My parents were very spiritual people and so I incorporated some spiritual inspiration as well. I took a great liking to eyes cause I've always felt that someone is watching over me. Soon after a while I was so consumed by my art that I didn't want to go to college and just focused my attention on expanding my skills in art. I do not want say perfect my art cause if my art is perfect then that means I have stopped learning and to this day I am constantly learning and will be til the day I die. I have been featured in a few small local art shows. I am currently working with oils and the usual airbrush but oils have proved to be a challenge which I am delightly enjoying at the moment. Abstract and Sci Fi are the main focus of genre in my art at the moment but Im stepping outside the box and working on a more earthy focus such as flowers and animals at the same time.
