Description Communities are down to earth. Community people are simple. They don't have a clue about Absolute Metric, Additionality, Aerosols, Anthropogenic, Agenda 21, AMR, Annex 1 Countries, Annex B Countries, Baseline, BAT, BATNEEC, Benchmark, BEO, Best Practice, Biodiversity, CDM, Biotic Resources, Business as usual, Carbon Credit, Carbon Footprint, Carbon Neutral, Carbon Offsetting, Climate Change Act, Closed Loop Recycling, Sustainable Development ... bla..bla..bla...Just tell the community what all this has to do with School fees, Bread and drinking water. There is just about too much writing and jargon out there! If you are 20 years today, you could die of old age by the time you are through reading all of it (none-stop) and then start asking questions.I did this illustration in 1994. I was imagining a Godlike hand from the Environmental elite and Science know-it-all delivering a message on a document about things they ought to know about the environment and all the dos and don'ts of the environmental world.
Anthony Mwangi, Nairobi Member Since January 2015 Artist Statement In simple terms, I am a natural student of art since I was a little child. I recall small awards from various institutions since I was in class 5.
I have loved drawing all my life. For some time since I left high school, I ventured into graphic design which really helped me in day to day upkeep. Meanwhile, I would sell a painting here and there as I progressed in other avenues of Art. Photography is another passion I have cherished over the years. I have published two full color comic books in Kenya and Netherlands.
8 years ago I also got into 2D and 3D modeling and Animation. I feel this goes a long way in enhancing my artistic talents.
All in all, my deepest love is for fine art. I am happy to be a member of ImageKind Forum. I look forward to showcasing most of my work in fine art, photography and digital arts in this forum.
