Artist Statement I'm a young artisan who started to develop this technique with my little sister and my friend Luis. Since then, we've met other people interested in this like us.
After hard times, bad experiences and a lot of patience, we started to produce nice designs that were well appreciated.
I love to work with wood, since it's a kind of warm and as someone has said "Wood never dies".
We're inspired in nature and some landscapes from Bolivia, our natal country.
Also, we do some abstract designs and use contemporary accents for our artworks.
As young people, we want to offer new concepts in marquetry, innovating the bolivian handcrafts.
