Artist Statement Nothing brings me more joy than a fresh tube of alizarin crimson paint; burnt sienna is a close second, of course.

I am an artist, a painter, a doodler, the one always making caricatures of teachers and filling the margins of any document with random scribbles. I picked up the pencil at a very young age, and have been reluctant to put it down ever since. If I do, it's to pick up a brush, or to put away my supplies at the end of the day.
