Artist Statement I have always loved nature, especially animals. And horses have a special place in my heart. My favorite models are my mate, Gigi (a retired thoroughbred racehorse) and Haley (a draft mate whose second career is that of a therapy horse).

I strive to capture the strength, elegance and honesty of these magnificent animals.
