Artist Statement Moira currently resides in the city of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania in the U.S. of A. She has been drawing rainbows since she could hold a crayon. These days are more about experimenting with photos, paint, wood, plexiglass, and found materials.

I feel there are many purposes for art in this world and I wouldn't want to put any limitations on the perceptions of those who feel for it. I know it strengthens community and creates new portals of communication. This much I know is true.

This is a part of my contribution. I have faith that what keeps the world from turning into mush will bring forth new understanding. That is if it is made it will be seen, and if it is seen, it will go on to inspire, and new worlds begin in new thoughts.
