Artist Statement Greetings and welcome to my small niche in cyberspace! - Thank you for stopping by my gallery and viewing my art
My name is John Junek
I grew up in Wisconsin and lived there through out childhood until the age of 20, at which time I relocated to California for two years. Uncle Sam drafted me when I was there and I finally ended back in Wisconsin after two years in the army, I have been there ever since.
Art has always been my passion , from the time I was very young.
I was always drawing and painting in my childhood, but stopped for some time in my late teens and became reacquainted with my love of art in my late 30s .
My experience is creating digital artwork that I enjoy just for the fun of it. I began using image manipulation software to simply organize and improve my artwork and discovered a unique outlet for my creativity.
My artwork is created entirely in the art programs, photoshop cs, Smith Micro Poser 4,5,6, and poser 7, I also use Bryce 6.3 for my landscape art. .
