Artist Statement Hmm....let's see. About ME? Well, I have been a full time
designer/illustrator since 2007 after taking about a 10 year
break from the art world. I've been tackling any and every
project sent my way since.

My first children's book "'The Lighter Side of Dark' Book
One: Enter the Yard" was published in March of 2009 and is
available on Amazon.com. It is the first of a long and
adventurous series written by the amazing Paul Rees-Jones
and illustrated by moi. Book two is currently in the works
as well as a special edition, full color hardback version of
the first two books combined.

I was recently chosen by SONY to help launch their
APxSony ATV Lyrical Inspirations Official Collection. I have
created illustrations inspired by 5 different songs, each by
a famous Sony recording artist: 'Burning Love' by Elvis, 'Hit
Me With Your Best Shot' by Pat Benatar, 'True Colors' by
Cyndi Lauper, 'Alone' by Heart, and 'Burnin' For You' by Blue
Oyster Cult. Keep your eyes peeled for the next installment
of awesomeness by APxSony ATV!

In late 2009, I teamed up with the incredible Alison Gordon of The Sampler to contribute some of my
limited edition artwork to some of the hottest Hollywood event gift lounges including the 2009 American
Music Awards, the 2010 Golden Globe Awards and the 2010 Oscars. Not only was this project a huge ego
boost for me (I *am* a Leo after all!) it also gained the attention of other gift lounge venues including
the Mo'nique Show on BET and the SING! Benefit for Ronald McDonald Camp and Children's Hospital of
LA. I was also noticed by the fine people over at Splash Magazines and now have several products
featured on all 26 of their online magazines.

Right now I am mostly concentrating my efforts on the upcoming 2010 ESPY Awards Gift Lounge held at
the Playboy Mansion, as well as the 2010 Emmy Awards and 2010 American Music Awards. After that, who
knows? You can't tell what the future may hold!!!
