Artist Statement I bought my first manual camera after I graduated from high school.
In the fall I took my first photography class in college and got hooked!
I majored in photo-journalism for a year and a half until I could no longer afford the supplies and lab costs.
While I changed majors my love of photography only continued to grow.
Over the years since I have worked in a lab, at a photo studio and with professional photographers.
I have also taken classes and went to seminars to improve my techniques and have benefitted from each and every experience.
I firmly believe that who I am now is because of what I have done in the past and my experiences have taught me to see the world from an open perspective.
I love the Lord and He created a beautiful world for us to inhabit, how can you not be awed by it's glory!
