Artist Statement Years ago, I fell in love with drawing and I started painting in college. For years, I did most of my work with oil or acrylic paint on canvas. I did not do any creative work with a camera. My camera was the tool that I would use to record reality. However, with the advent of Digital Cameras, I realized that the camera could be used to capture and create artistic pictures with vibrant colors that improved reality. So, the pictures that you see on my site reflect my training as a traditional paint artist working in a digital format.
