Artist Statement Tendai Mufunda was born in Zimbabwe in 1984 and currently resides in England. She is a painter, sculptor and graphic designer. Artistically inclined from youth, she did Art for A'levels at Peterhouse Girls School and attended a year of art school at Whitecliffe College of Art and Design, Auckland, New Zealand and further went on to attain an honorary degree in Graphic Design from Anglia Ruskin Polytechnic University, Cambridge UK. She has artwork exhibited in Epping Gallery and has taken part in various exhibitions in London, from Sloane Square to Brick Lane.
