Artist Statement Artist Statement

I an a retired USAF MSGT, retired Banker, retired printer and avid photographer. I find there is something worth saving as a photographic memory in almost everything. I endeavor to bring God's beautiful creations to all through my lens. I enjoy photographing nature as it is always changing, a challenge to get the shot now, as it may only last a fleeting moment. Nature is my favorite subject, as it never complains that I “didn’t get its good side”. I began having an interest in photography while serving in Korea with the USAF. My interest grew with the advent of the digital cameras and I now use a Canon Rebel xti. I continue to try new things and will admit I delete a LOT of shots. I am completely self-taught, developing my own style.
