Artist Statement Hi, I'm Stefano, a 46 years old Italian from Rome but currently living in China (Shekou, Shenzhen) with my wife and my three children, after spending one terrible year in Tunis and more than 8 fabulous years in Pointe Noire, in the Republic of Congo (Congo Brazaville).
I'm an amateur photographer and my passion for this art is born long time ago, but only in 2007, when I purchase my first digital reflex, it became my style of life.
My favored subject is people, it doesn't import sex, age, etc. (obviously if it is woman, young and beautiful I am a lot more inspired!), I love fashion, portrait, glamour, artistic nude and street photography mainly but then any kind of artistic theme attract me. Color pics exalt me but B&W pics seudce my mind. Still life and nature photography do fascinate me more because I feel not to be really able to photograph them rather than for their real meaning.
The area where I'm a real disaster is holiday and party photography: all my pics taken during an holiday looks like post cards or otherwise the subject is so focusing that you cannot even understand where that pic has been taken. But, for this kind of pics there's my wife.
