Artist Statement My name is Danny Magers. I live in a small farming community in the midwest which is close to where I was born and raised on a farm. I am a single dad raising three teenage sons who I love to spend time with.
I have always loved to paint. I am self taught with no special schooling. I also dont look at any pictures. I just get a idea in my head and start painting. Most of my paintings reflect back when I was younger.
Besides my painting I work fulltime, also a firefighter, have been a volunteer fireman for 20+ years now
