Description These 22-foot high cowboy boots from Seattle's Oxbow park stand tall in a brilliant blue sky. From the 1950's into the 80's these boots, along with a giant orange hat, served Seattle as a gas station. After languishing behind a wire fence for 15 years and falling into disrepair, 'Hat 'n' Boots' were moved to Oxbow park in Seattle's Georgetown neighborhood where they were eventually restored.
