Artist Statement I have been interested in photography for many years. I worked at several photo labs in high school and minored in art history in college. Mostly I was either printing or reading about other people's art. Finally I've gotten on the other side of the camera and am taking pictures. I've been photography my yard and other beauituful things for about 2 years now. I started with flowers then realized the insects were really beautiful when you stop to really look at them.
