Artist Statement Just a guy who tries to tap into the energy of creative flow and pull something out that has meaning to me and that others might enjoy viewing! (smile)

I am a self taught amateur who became tired of taking pictures that didn't quite say what I wanted them to. Then I discovered Photoshop and the fun started

My most basic and indispensable tool is Photoshop which I surround with just about any plugin and art program that I can get my hands on. I then use elements from my personal photographic archives, scans, and my own shaky attempts at drawing and painting thus I suppose my work could be called naive

(naïve art, ideally, describes the work of an artist who did not receive a formal education in an art school or academy)

So, if you have time, wander through the galleries. Since I find inspiration just about everywhere, my images reflect that fact and don't follow any particular trend or style, but generally fall into a theme category, so that is how my galleries are set up
