Artist Statement A native New Orleanian, I experienced the vibrant colors of Mardi Gras, the sound of jazz in the street and the finest of culinary delights in my mother's kitchen. It was through these events that I began to realize that there is art everywhere and in everything. All one has to do is look, hear and taste!
