Artist Statement For many years I have had a great passion for what a camera and light are able to produce. I love the art of a camera and creating images that create emotion within a person. Whether it be landscape, portrait, sport, or fine art, each style of photography captures my attention. Producing a quality image that captures the elements of the event or area is my ultimate goal. Being from Utah I find myself with my camera on me all the time. Whether it be a wedding I am photographing or a friend climbing on the cliffs of this beautiful state, i love to have the lens to my eye.

I am currently attending Utah Valley University as a Fine Arts major, emphasized in Photography. My ultimate goal is to receive a Masters in Fine Arts and teach upper division college courses and travel with my camera. I run my own freelance photography business photographing weddings and such.
