Artist Statement I'm a mostly self taught artist, although I did graduate from The North Carolina School of the Arts...in modern dance. After a successful performance career, I've decided to spend more time doing something I've always called a "hobby". My grandmother painted lovely still life paintings, and my mother has quite a collection of her own work which is still growing. I like to work in oils but have recently discovered the versatility of acrylic paint. I hope you enjoy these images, and feel free to ask me any questions!
