Description I was about to fall asleep one warm spring evening in 2008 when in a flash of in-spiration, this image appeared in my mind! Self Love speaks of unconditional Love for Self from within, and uprooting negative thoughts and replacing them with positive thoughts. Self Love is used to illustrate Year Three of my Self-help novel 'Single, Spiritual...AND Sexual!', and to illustrate the front cover of my debut poetry CD 'Seeds of Love'.

Artist Statement I am a Self-taught Visual & Spoken Word Artist and Self-published Author, guided by my in-tuition.
I was a blocked writer and artist for over 20 years, but after putting my Self through a series of Self-development programmes (including the book 'The Artist's Way' by Julia Cameron) I am now writing and painting freely!
'Nature's Art' is my first collection of paintings. They have all been used to illustrate my best-selling novel 'Single, Spiritual...AND Sexual!' and my Book of Lyrics to my poetry CD 'Seeds of Love' (both available on Amazon as ebooks)
