Artist Statement I started getting interested in photography several years ago after visiting Shenandoah National Park. At the time I was shooting with a Sony P100. A few pictures turned out pretty good and several family members commented that they really liked them. That started my interest in becoming a better Photographer. Since then I have purchased a Panasonic DMC-FZ50. This camera has changed the way I take pictures. I noticed several photographers doing High Dynamic Range (HDR) pictures, and I became fascinated with the look of these images. Since then I have been perfecting my HDR technique while still learning how to take better overall pictures. Photography has become my favorite hobby and I hope to continue growing.
