Artist Statement I don’t like to be taken to seriously in the body of my art, I want people to smile and for a moment, think with childlike happiness and optimism. I am a multimedia artist with a primary focus in oil paintings. My artwork is surrealistic with a dreamy and whimsical look at the world. The perspective of my art is influenced by other surrealist artists; Frida Kahlo, Rose Johnson, Salvador Dali and Vladimir Kush and street artist Banksy. Rose Johnson is a significant influence. I like to have fun and not be too serious. Art is my light.
