Description Claire Robinson, a food network chef and host of her own show, 5 Ingredient Fix, made these baked chickpea appetizers also known as Spanish Tapas. Since I love the flavors of hummus, (garlic, lemons, olive oil) I decided to make a batch using Claire's recipe, which can be found on the Food Network Website: http://www.foodnetwork.com/recipes/claire-robinson/spicy-baked-chickpeas-recipe/index.htmland from Wiki: Tapas (Spanish pronunciation: [tapas]) is the name of a wide variety of appetizers, or snacks, in Spanish cuisine. They may be cold (such as mixed olives and cheese) or warm (such as chopitos, which are battered, fried baby squid). In select bars in Spain, as well as some parts of North America and the United Kingdom, tapas has evolved into an entire, and sometimes sophisticated, cuisine. In Spain, patrons of tapas can order many different tapas and combine them to make a full meal. In some Central American countries such snacks are known as bocas.

A little about me:
I am New Jersey born and raised but moved out west as a young adult. In 2001, I relocated to Tennessee.
As a teenager I became inspired to draw portraits, working from photographs in magazines or whatever came out of my head. I liked using pencil or pen and ink for most of my illustrations.
Photography, sculpting, painting, floral design and writing are some of my other creative aspirations.
