Artist Statement Photography and the resultant digital images that are the essence of my work are grounded in the built environment. My art is preceded by many years in the architectural profession. As design efforts gradually turned to resource and contract management, I realized that the artistic and creative side of me that originally drew me to architecture had been long neglected. I left the profession to devote myself to painting, photography, and learning graphic software to pursue my current genre.

I have thus far developed two collections in this gallery; “Nostalgic Homes” and “Italian Image.” Other works will follow. Each work depicts an intriguing setting that establishes a unique sense of place, and preserves it in a way that can always be enjoyed.
